Week 3, Thing 7

I am a person who loves to hate most new technologies because I'm usually among the last to become aware of these advancements and I have loads of trouble utilizing them. However, yesterday the beauty of computer operrations was made crystal clear to me when I needed to figure out whether my cost of living increase was accurate. I had totally forgotten how to calculate percentage of increase. But with the click of a botton I was on a site that explained the problem simply and provided an example. And not only that, it performed the operation for me. This to me epitomizes the beauty of the age of technology!
